Meteor showers, comets, asteroids, etc.

The vacuum cleaner is not an Indian thing. We really like our house help and good ol'jhaadoo (broom). In any case, it is difficult for us to let them leave. But this does not mean that vacuum cleaners are not suitable for you today.

I recently tested the Realme Techlife handheld vacuum cleaner and I have to say that I am very impressed. Housework that was once a headache has become very enjoyable. The vacuum cleaner is priced at Rs 7,999. It is affordable and compact. It is a low-risk, high-return investment.

In the few weeks I used it, there were many home decorations, furniture was moved, and even nearby buildings were demolished. Dust has always been there, and this gadget came at the right time.

Easy to assemble and super intuitive, I spent more time charging than reading the user manual, and it still tends to run out of power at the most untimely times. But we will talk about it later.

The vacuum cleaner consists of several movable and detachable parts. At first, I was frightened by it. When I got used to using this machine, occasionally I even reached out for my trusted broomstick.

In addition to the cleaning brush, charger and wall bracket, the whole thing consists of five parts. The main vacuum holds the dust box and battery. It comes with a retractable arm that can be added to each of the three heads to make those hard-to-reach corners and crevices easier to access.

The two brush heads and the self-rotating floor brush suck in garbage and dirt like magic. The best part of using a vacuum cleaner is that you don't have to deal with dirt lines that refuse to enter the dustpan.

The main selling point of this vacuum cleaner is the price. It is affordable and targeted at millennials who cannot work within the family's help schedule. The stylish all-white design makes it a modern gadget that I like to use at home. It is also small and thin enough to hide behind the door or between the cabinet and the wall.

The dust is collected in a large enough garbage bin at the end of the main body. The trash can can be emptied at the push of a button, and it can even be taken out of the vacuum completely for easy cleaning. It has a HEPA filter that can be disassembled, gently cleaned and reused.

The high efficiency particulate air filter can remove approximately 99.97% of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria and any airborne particles with a size of 0.3 microns (µm).

Realme claims that its vacuum cleaner is "quieter and quieter", but I disagree. This thing is very loud. Although it may not wake your neighbors, it is noisy. If you are anywhere in the house and the vacuum cleaner is on, don't even consider answering the phone. There will only be many hellos, I can't hear your voice accompanied by a harsh voice.

A lot of hot air will be blown out when the machine is turned on. This can lead to an uncomfortable user experience and make the handle too hot to hold. A few times, even if I just picked up the vacuum cleaner, I had to let the vacuum cleaner take a break to cool it down.

Another problem is the short battery life. After the first 5 hours of charging, it takes approximately 2-2.5 hours for the battery to be fully charged. The convenient blue flashing light lets you know when it is fully charged.

The 1.3 kg vacuum is much heavier than the broom. Dragging it around your house will become very troublesome. When cleaning my two BHK apartments, there were times when I had to stop or change hands because of cramps.

Even if there are disadvantages, I really like Realme Techlife vacuum cleaners. There are some disadvantages, but they are not deal breakers. Hand-held vacuum cleaners have always been the things we see most often in those tacky Hollywood movies. Although it is a bit late, the Indian market is ready. The pain caused by the lockdown caused by COVID-19 has made the vacuum cleaner a super handy gadget today.

There are already several different types of vacuum cleaners on sale to meet different budgets. However, Realme handheld vacuum cleaners are a good starting point for new users. It is affordable and can get the job done easily. The vacuum cleaner is easy to use, makes cleaning the house less cumbersome and more fun than other methods.

Disadvantages need to be charged forever and soon run out of power loudly
